Northbrook, Illinois, USA, 08 February 2011 -- /PRNewswire/ -- KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation (NYSE: KS), a leading North American producer of unbleached kraft paper products and linerboard, will release its 2010 fourth quarter and full year earnings on 14 February 2011, after the market closes.

The company will host a conference call on 15 February 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Central Time) to review the results for the quarter and the year.
