GLV Completes Christ Water Technology Privatization

Montreal, Quebec, Canada, 22 September 2010 -- /CNW Telbec/ - GLV Inc. (TSX: GLV.A, GLV.B) has completed the privatization process of Christ Water Technology AG (CWT), the majority of the shares of which were acquired in November 2009. As GLV has proceeded with the squeeze-out of the remaining shares, it now owns 100% of the shares of CWT. Therefore, CWT's shares are no longer listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange.

GLV is a leading global provider of technological solutions used in water treatment and in pulp and paper production. GLV is present in some 30 countries and has approximately 2300 employees, as of 30 June 2010. GLV is a publicly traded company whose shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbols GLV.A and GLV.B. It is one of the constituents for the new S&P/TSX Clean Technology Index.
