Palencia, Spain 17 September 2015 -- Production loss on PM 1 will amount to 20,000 of recycled containerboard, Europac says.

Europac will rebuild the recycled containerboard machine PM 1 at the Duenas paper mill in Spain in order to increase the web width on the machine to 2.5 m. According to the company, the realisation of the modernisation project will take two and a half months in which production on the paper machine will stand idle.

Production capacity of the PM 1 is estimated at 95,000 tpy. The investment project will result in increased production speed and machine width, Europac explained.
