A USD 100 investment in VRS on 9 June 2008, when trading first began, would have been worth USD 17.72 on 13 July 2012; a USD 100 investment in BKI on 4 January 2002 would have been worth USD 241.00 on 13 July 2012; and a USD 100 investment in the PM40 on 4 January 2002 would have been worth USD 194.64 on 13 July 2012.
