A USD 100 investment in VRS on 04 January 2002 would have been worth USD 45.07 on 09 June 2008 – when trading began; a USD 100 investment in BKI on 04 January 2002 would have been worth USD 157.32 on 05 November 2010; and a USD 100 investment in the PM40 on 04 January 2002 would have been worth USD 188.52 on 05 November 2010.
