| Burgo Group Incorporates the Activities of its Specialty Papers Division |

Vicenza, Italy 26 November 2013 -- Burgo Group will incorporate the activities of its Specialty Papers Division “Mosaico” in the fully owned subsidiary Mosaico Srl as of 1st January, 2014.
The new company will maintain its focus on the development, production and sale of specialty papers, used in a wide variety of different applications requiring a highly specialized knowhow: flexible packaging papers, self-adhesive and wet glue labels, special graphic papers and boards.
The new company will include Chiampo, Lugo, Treviso and Tolmezzo mills with an overall annual capacity of about 300,000 tons and a labour force of 850 workers. Mr Lorenzo Marzotto, former Vice President of Mosaico Division, has been appointed as CEO of Mosaico Srl.
With this strategic decision, Burgo Group continues to pursue the aim to strengthen and increase its presence in the specialty papers markets.
